LED Display Font Overlap how to Solve?
The overlapping of LED fonts is a troublesome thing, especially in places with a lot of people such as banks and large shopping malls, the experience is particularly bad, which affects the image; what is the problem of the overlapping of LED display fonts, and how to solve it?
Description of the most common problems: A P10 outdoor LED display with a length of 3.84m and a width of 1.44m is directly delivered to the customer after installation, and the customer has not conducted a full-screen test. One day, customers send more content, and the text displayed on the entire LED display is also more comprehensive. However, it was found that the fonts of the 3rd line and the 4th line overlap (or the upper part of a word can be displayed normally, but the lower part cannot be displayed, and the word is displayed across the 3rd line and the 4th line.)
1. First check whether the power supply is loose or not
2. Check whether the cable is inserted firmly.
3. Check the corresponding relationship between the module and the adapter board
4. The output problem of the adapter board
The idea is as follows:
If the problem cannot be solved through steps 1 and 2, go to step 3 directly. Because the wiring sequence of the adapter board and the module row are in a one-to-one correspondence, it is found that the module just starts from the fourth row, and there is no one-to-one correspondence. The 4-row module is connected to the 5th pin of the adapter board, and the subsequent modules are analogous to restore the connection correspondence. Steps 1, 2, and 3 are all determined to be no problem, but the font overlap phenomenon is still not resolved. At this time, go to step 4 to adjust the output of the board.
