The data correction sub-module receives the data input from the front end, and stores the data in the SDRAM after performing point-by-point correction. Then the field data is divided into 8 groups and sent to the LED advertising screen distributor at the same time.
The FPGA reads in the input data according to the timing relationship and performs the next processing. Since the parameters of the LED advertising screen cannot be completely consistent during the production process, in order to obtain a good image display effect, the LED tubes must be screened.
When the data is distributed and sent, the signals are all transmitted in the form of LVDS. Because this system adopts MCU+FPGA structure, it can realize real network remote operation. It can not only be used as a general LED advertising screen controller, but also can form a large outdoor advertising media network with each display node. According to HDMI technology to control the LED advertising screen, the brightness is suitable, the resolution is fine, the field scanning frequency is high, and the pixels are high, which can be used for outdoor broadcast applications. The design is calibrated at a single point, so that purchasers can relax the requirements of LEDs in terms of brightness and color, and the cost of related purchases is also reduced.
