1. Iron box
The iron box is a common box on the market. Its advantages are cheap, good sealing, and easy to change the shape and structure. The shortcomings are also more obvious. 2. Die-cast aluminum box
The die-cast aluminum box is often used in rental display screens. It is characterized by high strength and precision, and light weight. More importantly, it can achieve seamless splicing, which can have a better effect on the screen display. The die-casting aluminum LED display adopts one-time molding molding, the flatness of the box is more guaranteed, the tolerance range is effectively controlled, and the problem of box joints is basically solved; the humanized design is more convenient and lighter to install, and the box joints and connecting lines are more connected. Magnesium alloys are alloys composed of magnesium-based and other elements. Its characteristics are: low density, high strength, good heat dissipation, good shock absorption, greater impact load capacity than aluminum alloy, and good corrosion resistance to organic substances and alkalis. Magnesium alloys are used as LED display cabinets with high cost performance, easy installation, and excellent heat dissipation, which makes the products more market-leading. But at the same time, the price of magnesium alloy cabinets is also higher than other cabinets.
