What is the difference between front maintenance and rear maintenance of LED display?
When it comes to maintenance, the maintenance methods of LED display are mainly divided into front maintenance and rear maintenance. What is the difference between these two maintenance methods?
Front maintenance: The main feature of front maintenance is to save space. For indoor or inlaid and wall-mounted structures, space is extremely precious, so there will not be too many places left as maintenance channels. Therefore, the front maintenance can greatly reduce the overall thickness of the LED full-color display screen structure, which can not only integrate well with the surrounding architectural environment, but also save space while ensuring the effect. However, this structure has high requirements on the heat dissipation function of the device.
Rear maintenance: The advantage of rear maintenance is that the price is slightly lower, suitable for installation scenarios such as roof type and column type, and inspection and maintenance are convenient and fast. For those large full-color LED displays installed on the exterior walls of buildings, a maintenance channel must be designed so that maintenance personnel can perform maintenance and repairs from the back of the screen.
The front maintenance LED full-color display has innovated the maintenance method. Compared with the traditional rear maintenance of the cabinet, the front maintenance based on the unit module will be more convenient. Use a hexagonal wrench to insert and rotate from the invisible maintenance hole in the front, and the lock on the back of the module will be opened, and the module can be easily disassembled and maintained within a few seconds. Maintaining the LED full-color display is not only easy to maintain, but also much lighter and thinner than the traditional LED full-color display. The carrying weight of a single box is only 26 kg. There is no need for a special maintenance channel behind the LED full-color display, which is especially suitable for installation environments with limited space or wall-mounted LED full-color displays. Since no maintenance channels are required, the space requirements can be reduced.
The existing front maintenance modules are all 320×320mm standard size, which greatly simplifies the screen design. It adopts automotive-grade waterproof rubber ring design, and the waterproof performance is even better. In addition, based on the rear-sealed design of the front-maintenance LED full-color display box, it gets rid of the space constraints of the rear door, and the entire screen can be arbitrarily large, breaking through the size limit of the traditional front-maintenance box. Front maintenance design is becoming an important trend in the development of LED full-color displays. Front-maintenance LED full-color displays will also be full of broad market prospects, bringing new visual experience and user experience to our customers.
