1. LED module storage method

The LED module needs to be dry and ventilated. It should be raised with pallets or other objects during storage, and should not be in direct contact with the ground.

Install a temperature and humidity monitor in the storage environment, control the ambient humidity below 60% RH, and the LED module is very comfortable.

Dress the LED module well, and store the unsealed product in a repacked package with a suitable desiccant.

If the storage time of the LED module exceeds 1 month, the module should be gradually aged for 6 hours before use: the full brightness is set to 10%/1H, the full brightness is set to 30%/1H, and the full brightness is set to 60%/2H, full brightness is set to 80%/1H, full brightness is set to 100%/1H. After 6 hours of aging, it can be used for the whole screen assembly.

2. Outdoor LED display moisture-proof Dafa

Configure a temperature and humidity monitor at the installation site of the outdoor LED display to monitor the humidity around the screen in time;

After the first rainy day or heavy rain after the screen is installed, check whether there is dampness, water droplets, water vapor, etc. inside in time;

Under the ambient humidity of 10%~85%RH, open the screen at least once a day, and each time the display works normally for more than 2 hours;

If the ambient humidity is higher than 90% RH or when returning to Nantian, dehumidify the use environment of the screen body, and ensure that the display screen works normally for more than 4 hours a day.

Under the ambient humidity of 10% to 65% RH, the display screen is turned on at least once a day, and each time it is guaranteed to work normally for more than 4 hours;

If the ambient humidity is higher than 65% RH or encountering Nantian, dehumidify the use environment of the screen body, and ensure that the display screen works normally for more than 8 hours every day; the relevant doors and windows should be closed at night to prevent the screen body from being damaged by the return of moisture at night.

Moisture-proof indoor rental screen

After each use, it should be immediately put into an air transfer box for sealed storage;

A desiccant or hygroscopic bag of no less than 50g must be placed in each air transport box; the desiccant or hygroscopic bag shall be checked for failure regularly, and it shall be replaced every 2 months;

Under the ambient humidity of 10%~65%RH, the display screen should be taken out every half month to light up (play video) for more than 2H;

When the ambient humidity exceeds 65%RH or encounters a southerly windy day, the display should be taken out every week to light up (play video) for more than 2H;

During the rental and use of the screen, the screen should be prevented from being exposed to rain or water. If it is not very wet, it should be wiped dry in time and dried with a hair dryer. At the same time, the screen should be placed for 2H, and then light up for 2H;

It is strictly forbidden to use indoor rental screens as outdoor rental screens, especially in open-air environments;
